Thank you for shopping at Brandon V. Rau Photography! By placing an order through my Pixieset store, you accept the below Terms of Sales. These terms may be updated at any time. When purchasing from Brandon V. Rau Photography, you are licensed for personal use, and may not copy, reproduce, or create digital copies of physical prints. 

Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of the transaction, and prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold at brandonvrau.pixieset.com are non-refundable. Product replacements for damages during shipping, misidentified images, or printing errors, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Examples of damages or print issues may be requested and can be sent to sales@brandonvrau.com. All replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Replacement orders may take three weeks to complete. Claims for missing products must be made within 10 days of the ship date.

All materials on brandonvrau.com and brandonvrau.pixieset.com are property Brandon V. Rau photography and protected by this copyright. This includes all images, graphics, text, and design elements of the websites. You may use content on brandonvrau.com and brandonvrau.pixieset.com for shopping, placing orders, and other tasks directly associated with Brandon V. Rau Photography. Unauthorized use of any of the above stated materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Such infringements may include, but are not limited to the copying, reproducing, republishing, modifying, uploading, transmitting, or distributing materials without the written consent from Brandon V. Rau Photography. 

Sales Policy Agreement

By placing an order at brandonvrau.pixieset.com, the customer is agreeing to the terms and conditions. The customer has agreed to pay the total dollar amount, and authorized Brandon V. Rau to collect payment via the payment method specified by the customer. 

Your Personal Information

When placing an order, you provide us with personal Information we use to complete your order. Credit\Debit card transactions are handled by a reputable third-party banking institution. Once the bank has authorized your credit\debit card, you order is processed. Also, third party labs will use your personal information for order fulfillment and will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions. By using brandonvrau.com or brandonvrau.pixieset.com you agree that the information you provide to be accurate, true, complete, and current, and you will update the information as necessary.
